Support Requests

The parish IT Department has numerous ways to open a support ticket.  You can open a new ticket using any of the following:

  1. Complete this quick online form 
    (also use any link that says "Submit a request")
  2. Email support @  (you MUST email from a valid St. Cletus email address... emailing from a personal email address is not allowed)
  3. Call extension 214 (use only if the above methods are unavailable)

Phone requests are handled where possible and should mainly be used if a computer is completely unavailable or all systems are down.  The above ticket system remains the quickest way to receive support.
