First, you must get clearance from IT and the Business manager for camera privileges.
- Once approved, visit the Employee Resources & Forms link on the "Cletus" page using Internet Explorer.
- Click the camera link you'd like to view. (You may have to acknowledge a display issue message, especially if you have a widescreen monitor.)
- Enter the username and password provided by IT. The click "Connect All" for all the cameras or "Connect" for a single camera. (Hitting enter will not work.)
- Only Internet Explorer is supported.
- If you click "Connect All" so you see all the cameras, you can double click a single camera to enlarge a single camera. Double click again to restore the view of all the cameras.
- Internet Options > Security > Prompt for unsigned activex
- Internet Options > Advanced > Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid
- Compatibility View > Add IP
