Symptom
Light on Smart Board is Red or Flashing Green
Solution
Red indicates no connection is established with the computer. Check all cable connections, reset computer, and unplug Smart Board and plug back in.
Flashing green indicates the board is connected to the computer, but the Smart Board Service may not be started. This is normal if no user is logged in. If you are logged in and still have a flashing green light, you can start Smart Board Service by going to Smart Settings then click on Connection Wizard.
